How can I get into the garage?

The door is padlocked. You'll need to either cut the chain, or unlock the padlock.
You need to find the key to the padlock.
It's in one of the locked rooms in the attic.

On the table, there is a glass with three pencils in it. Next to it is a silver key.
That key unlocks the padlock on the garage.
